OSH Legal Issues Network

ORC HSE’s
Legal Issues Network

ORC HSE’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Legal Issues Network offers in-house counsel who are responsible for managing corporate legal issues related to occupational safety and health a unique opportunity to share knowledge and candidly discuss issues facing them with HSE experts as well as their peers in a confidential setting. Twice yearly meetings feature speakers from OSHA and other federal regulatory agencies who address current trends and developments in occupational safety and health law. Meetings also include a roundtable discussion dedicated to discussing member concerns. The meetings are held in May and November, immediately before the OSH Group meetings so that members can easily attend both. Members who attend the meetings may earn continuing legal education units in states that have mandatory programs. Members also enjoy unlimited, immediate access to ORC HSE consultants on any HSE issue. Bi-weekly newsletters and quarterly updates with up-to-the-minute news on HSE developments are sent to all members.
